My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The room was incredibly nice, spacious, and consisted of a separate entry, a large sitting area, a good-sized bedroom, and a private bathroom ensuite— the best setup I've ever experienced for comfort, decoration, and the overall experience. The service was top-notch, especially when the air conditioning stopped at 1:00 a.m. The staff was very professional, detail-oriented, and always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a 5-minute walk from the Münster and the main shopping street. The dining experience was delicious and very worth the money. The facilities were excellent, meeting all my needs and expectations.
The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station and the city center, making it convenient and central for sightseeing. However, in my opinion, the value for money is not excellent compared to other options in the area. The service was outstanding, especially from Moneer, Jolia, and Sebastian, who were professional, polite, and went out of their way to assist us with various needs. The dining experience was average and costly at 24 euros per person, which did not match the quality I expected. The rooms felt cramped and were affected by noise from the nearby lift, requiring staff assistance for basic amenities like toilet paper. Overall, Colombi falls short in terms of value for money but excels in providing excellent service.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good wardrobe space, making everything so convenient. The service was top-notch and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience was delicious and worth every penny. However, some rooms were a bit small, and I felt the price could be a bit high for what's offered.
